Free Shipping Promotion

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 USD applicable to all eligible delivery destinations worldwide. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout when your cart subtotal reaches the threshold.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your art print has been carefully crafted and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's progress until it arrives at your address. If your tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly at support@vintstep.com. We will gladly assist you in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

Returned & Unclaimed Packages

To ensure successful delivery, please verify your shipping address carefully prior to completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery refusal, failure to collect the package after multiple attempts, or any other customer-related delivery issue, Vintstep is unable to issue a refund for the original order.

Should you wish to receive your order again, a replacement order will need to be placed, and additional charges may apply.

Import Duties, Customs, and Taxes

Orders fulfilled within your home country or local region will not incur customs charges. However, orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. The recipient and customer are solely responsible for all applicable import taxes and custom duties that may occur upon arrival. Vintstep has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
