Vintstep operates as an online e-commerce store offering vintage impressionism art prints. Our products are carefully crafted through a global network of artisan production and fulfillment partners, and shipped globally to customers in the U.S., U.K., E.U., Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Canada, and other supported regions.

2. Online Store & Products

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, designs, and sizes of our art prints. However, because monitor displays and printing materials can vary, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely accurate.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

  • Order Processing: All items are custom-crafted on-demand through our trusted production partners once an order is successfully placed and paid for.

  • Delivery Risks: Estimated delivery dates are approximations. Vintstep is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing, postal service disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All artwork, designs, graphics, text, logos, and images displayed on the Vintstep website are the exclusive intellectual property of Vintstep or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and purchase our art prints for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission from Vintstep.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vintstep, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or the purchase of any products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vintstep for the specific product in question.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
