This means you won’t have to worry about additional customs fees when ordering from these countries.
2. Can I change the order address?

Orders typically take 5-8 business days to ship.
The production time depends on the quantity of products ordered:
- Larger order quantities may require additional time, but production will not exceed an additional 3 business days on average.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped immediately.
4. Is the ink used in your products safe?
- Yes, we use environmentally friendly ink to print all our products. The inks have been rigorously tested for safety and are non-toxic, ensuring they cause no harm to the human body.
5.What if I notice an odor?
- A slight odor may be present due to the printing process, but this is completely normal and temporary. Simply place the product in a well-ventilated area, and the odor will dissipate over time.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, it is considered a quality issue. Please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will promptly resend your order or issue a refund.
However, if the product is damaged after use, it will be considered man-made damage. In such cases, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
